TGS Management LLC is an umbrella organization for The Green Solution marijuana dispensary, S-Type Armored security company and Nectar Bee products. Neoera was hired to design a new corporate culture for the entity which encompasses all three rapidly growing businesses. Because the design for the project was required in such a rapid time period, Neoera had to work strategically with the decision makers to arrive at the design direction within 2 weeks. An intense, 3 week Programming and Diagramming effort was undertaken to understand the highly vertical organization and how best to accommodate and welcome its 600+ employees. Company leaders aimed to create a new culture for the high-security space. Neoera’s challenge was to link the existing building’s east/west sides and three levels so that departments could cross-pollinate and “culture” zones were implemented throughout the design. Neoera strategically placed departments with creative adjacency solutions to enhance the existing building layout. We also educated decision makers on how to make strategic design/construction decisions that would help to enhance the horizontal growth of their organization.
