This condominium unit in one of the nation’s most quintessential vacation destinations, La Jolla, California, is outfitted with a blend of beach modern furnishings, art work and site driven decorations to bring this rental unit to life. Neoera collaborated with Andrea May Interiors out of La Jolla, to space plan, furnish and decorate this unit. They “glammed up” the space by providing tongue and groove wood paneling on the elevator wall and elegant light fixtures and furnishings at the unit’s entry. They shopped for unique furniture and artwork from local and Denver-based vintage stores. Neoera collaborated with local fabricators to create custom casework hiding the television on a hydraulic arm. Throughout the space, artwork was commissioned to reference contextual conditions of waves, vegetation and scenery.
